Dr. Joe Migliaccio
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Migliaccio is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where he attended the University of Oklahoma. He then moved to Dallas where he graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2007. Dr. Joe has been practicing in North Dallas for the last five years where he worked under one of the most successful Doctors in Flower Mound, Texas.
Working under this doctor allowed him to gain an immense amount of added knowledge to treat his patients with amazing results. Now, in the beautiful city of Rockwall, he is helping people lead healthier lives through chiropractic care. Dr. Joe specializes in finding the cause of the problem to help the body better deal with stress and to perform at its best. He is certified in over 6 different chiropractic techniques not just limited to the spine.
Dr. Joe is very active in the Rockwall community. In the past, he has donated his time and staff for numerous teacher appreciation days to perform massages for teachers and staff . He donates to a variety of charities such as Toys for Tots, Patriot Paws, North Texas Food Bank, Oklahaven kids and The American Heart Association.
Chiropractic has done so much for Dr. Joe in his life. It's his passion to help as many people as possible. To educate them on alternative methods to aid the body to perform optimally without the use of drugs or surgery.
Every day Dr. Migliaccio works with an array of patients from infants to the elderly each with their own set of health needs. Whether you're suffering from neck pain or recovering from a sports injury, Dr. Joe can help you regain your health, free of pain. He's had particular success in treating migraines, headaches, sciatica, low-back pain, radiating pain and much more.
Using a combination of soft tissue muscle work, spinal adjustments, and other natural modalities, Dr. Joe and his team are able to expedite treatment outcomes and produce longer-lasting results.
Dr. Michael McMahan
Doctor of Medicine
Dr. Zann McMahan is an amazing Doctor and a great person. He joined our staff in June, 2018. He is a Board Certified M.D. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine & Family Medicine Residency at Great Plains Family Medicine.
His Professional Organizations include American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. McMahan also specializes in Dermatology and Sports Medicine. He is passionate about helping all patients seeking a better quality of life.
Dr. McMahan and his wife have three children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing acoustic guitar.
Dr. Jeff Burns
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Jeffrey Burns graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1985 with a degree in Biological Sciences and advanced his education by receiving his Masters Degree in Sports Medicine in 1987 graduating Summa Cum Laude. He then pursued his passion in healthcare graduating in 1991 from Parker College of Chiropractic, Cum Laude with awards in Radiology.
Dr. Burns has worked as a Team Physician for Coors Women's Volleyball circuit, the 1993 Olympic Trials in New Orleans, and served as the Team Physician for the New Orleans area High Schools. His previous experience includes working with Tulane University athletics under the direction of Mack Brown as well as the New Orleans Saints under the direction of Hall of Fame Athletic Trained Dean Klienschmit.
He owned and operated his practice in River Ridge, LA for 28 years and decided to move to the Dallas area to be closer to his children and grandchildren. We are proud have him as a part of the Rockwall Elite health care team.
Kat Clyde
Director of First Impressions
Katherine (Kat) Clyde joined our team in June 2021. She's a former middle school Math Educator with a passion for impacting and changing lives. She attended Stephen F. Austin State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies.
In her free time, she loves traveling with her fiancé, hanging out with friends, camping, hiking, kayaking and pretty much all things outdoors! If she isn't at work or outdoors, you can usually find her at home wood burning, playing with her 2 cats and 2 dogs, or re-watching "The Office".
Nilam Patel
Family Nurse Practitioner
Nilam joined our team in August 2021. She graduated with her Master's degree from Texas Women's University in Dallas, TX in 2020. Her background includes working at minute clinics and specializing in weight loss and diabetes/endocrinology.
Her experience in helping people lose weight naturally stemmed her interest in regenerative medicine making her a perfect fit for our team. She enjoys helping others feel their best by using a holistic approach, free of surgical and medicine interventions. In her free time, she enjoys cooking/baking, traveling with her husband and spending time with friends and family.
Chelsea James
Front Office
Chelsea joined our team in July 2022 with a background in the medical field and auto and home insurance. She graduated from Rockwall High School and currently resides with her husband Jeff, their teenage son and two fur babies, Dallas and Shiner.
Chelsea loves being outdoors with her family going hunting, fishing and exploring new things. She likes decorating, doing anything crafty, visiting antique shops and loves spending time with her friends. She fits right in with our team, always has a smile and something funny to say to make you laugh.
Jessica Navarro
Case Manager
Jessica Navarro joined Rockwall Elite Healthcare in July 2022. She was born and raised in Dallas, TX and was a first-generation graduate from Richland Community College in 2017 with her Associates in Science. She enjoys helping others feel their best.
In her free time, she likes learning new and ancient information, going on nature walks, doing yoga, and painting.
Josh Albarran
Case Manager
Josh, a Rockwall native, loves helping and connecting with new people. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he developed a passion for serving the community. Josh recently married his wife Alyson, whom lives in Dallas with their two dogs, Kane and Georgia.
While not in the office, Josh enjoys reading, following sports, music, traveling, and spending time with family. He actively follows his wife's professional cello career, and attends her recitals whenever he's able. Josh looks forward to helping you!
Kelsey Morgan
Director of First Impressions/Marketing
Kelsey comes to us with a background in retail management. She loves helping people and making them feel at home.
She enjoys driving her jeep, being outdoors in the mountains and going out with friends. She's very close with her immediate family including mom, dad, a twin brother and an older brother in the Navy. Kelsey thrives in fast-paced environments and we are glad to have her as part of our team.
Dakota Mosley
Lead Therapy Assistant
Dakota joined our team in June 2021. She moved to Texas four years ago with her boyfriend Eric after living in Utah for most of her life. Together they have two dogs, Ellie Mae and Riley. Dakota has a background in geriatric care.
She has a passion for helping people. She comes from a big family and hopes to have a family of her own one day. When she's not in the office you'll find her cheering on her boyfriend who races Motocross. She is an old soul who always has a smile on her face and a kind word to say. She aspires to always stay positive and looks forward to meeting you.
Chris Sandoval
Therapy Assistant
Chris is a 2nd Generation El Salvadoran born and raised in a small city in Kansas, that moved to Texas after his graduation in search for opportunity. Chris has joined us to continue his passion for helping others and to continue growing.
Outside of work you can find Chris spending time at a coffee shop, at the gym working out, or spending time with his family.
Jo Rivera
Therapy Assistant
Jo has recently joined our team June 2024. She moved from San Marcos, Texas. Where she spent her time floating the river and hanging out with friends. She's passionate about helping others and learning new things.
Outside of work you can find Joelynn doing things such as, playing golf, cooking, and playing volleyball. She very excited to get to know all of our amazing patients.
